It helps us to see things from someone else’s perspective, as well as gain some insight into our own feelings and daily experiences. The training practice of this type of meditation has a powerful impact on our minds. It can decrease illness symptoms and provide social support, which is its main purpose. The related mind produced by this practice can help us recognize how our daily experiences can have an even more powerful impact on the way we think and feel about ourselves and the world!
Practicing kindness means to be kind to yourself and others, to do kind acts, show generosity and building kindness. A smile, a friendly word, buying little gifts for others or sharing a love can be all the difference in the world! Interacting with our partners in small ways, such as giving back rubs or saying an unexpected kind deed, can also show your dedication and love for them. By doing this, we are creating a strong bond in our relationship that will last through thick and thin. We should also think of other people by giving chocolates or small tokens of appreciation to let them know how much we appreciate them.
These minor acts of kindness and generosity will go a long way towards making our partners feel special and loved. By these simple gestures, we are showing how much we care about them.
