The Bible teaches us that God has chosen some to receive His grace and be welcomed into eternal life in heaven. We must have a relationship with Jesus Christ to enter the gates of heaven. The Scriptures tell us how we can build this relationship with God and His Son, Jesus. We must follow the order set by God in the world and accept Jesus’s gift of eternal life. Through this, we are saved from our sins and made right with God, allowing us entry into eternity with Him. The Bible is our guide for understanding how to make it into Heaven through accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
In Jude 20, we are told that we must have holy faith in order to make it into Heaven. This is a call to put our trust and belief in Jesus Christ alone as the only way of salvation. As Jude tells us, those who believe will be saved while those who do not will face God’s wrath. Jesus himself promised that whoever believes in him shall have eternal life (John 3:16). The good news of the gospel is that by putting one hand in Jesus’ and trusting him with our lives, we can be saved from eternal destruction and given a place of honor with the Lord for all eternity. This is how we know if we have been chosen by God – through accepting and believing his promises for us found throughout Scripture.
We must be faithful Christians who trust in God’s saving grace. Heaven is a gracious gift for those with faith, and we can be assured that our death will not stop us from experiencing eternal life – regardless of our limited number on this earth. The whole world can accept God’s offer of salvation through His Son Jesus and be welcomed into heaven through His resurrection. This is the key to making it into heaven – believe in the Lord and accept His grace!
Those who accept salvation through Jesus Christ will have a place in heaven. The Bible says that “unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Christian Universalism is based on the belief that God’s powerful redemptive love means that all people can receive salvation and enter into heaven. Theological determinists believe that God puts people in their respective places and so no universalist view on salvation should be taken. Although human sinners are not always living right, they are still able to receive forgiveness and grace through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which gives them access to Heaven. Through Jesus’ death on the cross, He opened up a way for us to be saved from our sins and experience His perfect love. We must take action by believing in Him and following His teachings if we want to make it into Heaven.
One of the biggest faults of mankind today is believing one will make it into the kingdom of God by just believing. That is a risk I would not want to bet my soul on. You see in order to have a relationship with God, you must spend some time with him as you would in any relationship. Do this with prayer and studying the word of God, sharing your new faith with others who feel the same as you do. Grow your faith and pray everyday.
